Four patch

This little four patch I made one evening when I just needed some simple ork to do. It was so much fun to do some no-mind sewing. It will be a baby gift most likely.

While I'm on. I also have been working on a few other quilts.

I can finally get back to blogging. I made a log cabin scrap quilt that I truly do love. I think that a red border would just complete this quit for my son.

This is the six inch centers that I made for
this beautiful quilt that I was making. I just loved making these cute little six inch blocks. I am going to make just a bunch of these blocks. I can see a beautiful border around them. I am doing really well with my knee so my ota says.

I'm not ready to do any quilting yet. I have to be on my knees too much for that.

The quilt up at the top is the quilt complete with the first of my six inch stars.

I've been making these, Star struck blocks. I'm using greens and red scraps with all my neutrals .
I'm planning a trip to Ohio in June. We'll have a big family reunion then. I'm from Delaware, Ohio just outside of Columbus. A small town near by are having a Memorial for my Grandma. I'd really like to go to it.

Today I'm thinking about the quilt block to use for our out going prez of our quilt guild. It is my job as last Prez to pick the block. I'm thinking because her last name starts with T to use the T block. What do you think? Please let me know I need help.

I had my knee surgery, March 16. I'm doing pretty good I can walk a little and I have therapy a few times a week. They come to the house and try to kill me. I finished the binding on this quilt during my first few days home from the hospital. These fabric are all hand Dyes.
